Identifying genomic variation across individuals through Genotyping is used to detect changes in the DNA sequence associated with a trait or disease. Genomic variation comes in a variety of levels, ranging from small nucleotide changes to large scale rearrangements – each of these requires a different assay and analysis method. Our bioinformatics service offers accurate and reproducible data processing for both exome targeted and whole-genome genotyping by sequencing or microarray and can be leveraged to carry out downstream analyses such as variant calling and genome-wide association studies.
