We use next-generation sequencing techniques (16S V3-V4 and ITS) to derive a full profile of the bacterial and fungal community. Through general analysis pipelines and specific pipelines, we deliver a full spectrum of analysis support including 16s/ITS Metagenomics & Meta-transcriptomics. Zifo’s expertise spans pre-processing of raw high-throughput sequencing data, dereplication of sequences and chimeric reads removal, through to OTU picking and Quality filtering along with taxonomical classification. Our services can be bespoke or use standardised analysis pipelines to ensure you get the most from your experiment design and data sets.
