Furthermore, recent developments in the field are allowing us to see details at an increasingly high resolution, at a single cell level, with spatial information, and often with additional multiomics data in need of integration. Zifo’s bioinformatics services can provide analysis support for any Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) or array based gene expression analysis. We have extensive experience analysing bulk and single-cell RNA-seq spanning multiple protocols and can provide support integrating accompanying epigenetic data, as well as analysing cutting edge spatial transcriptomics.
